OK - I've been working my arse off for the last year trying to get my marathon time down from 2 hours to 1:40 - all you have to do is get your hand in your pocket ;)
Seriously though - Cystic Fibrosis Trust is a pretty great charity and I'm pretty sure they'd love as much of your money as possible - so please dig deep.
