Thank you very much for visiting my London to Paris Cycle Ride fundraising page.
Michael Sobell House is a small hospice located in Northwood, Middlesex within the grounds of Mount Vernon Hospital. The comfort, support and care that they provided to my late mother-in-law, Wendy, and her family was outstanding and this is a facility that we hope is there in the future for other families who are coping with cancer and other illnesses.
'The Friends' support the hospice by various voluntary and fundraising activities; of which mine is a c500km, 3 1/2 day cycle ride from London to Paris. This commences on the 3rd June 2009 and I cross the finish line (hopefully!) at lunchtime on the 6th.
