I've finally cracked my own (forgotten) password, so I can change this message - and thank everyone hugely for contributing so much cash.

I stumbled across the finish line in 4 hours, 53 minutes, and have yet to successfully negotiate stairs. It was a brilliant day, and I only really made it because I didn't want to face everyone with excuses. It's your turn next year.
