Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig very deep and sponsor me online, or send donations made out to the ARC c/o Maurice Carroll, 5 Rue Des Grands Vergers, Courgé, 79120 Vançais, France.

Full story and info on www.winerider.com

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Arthritis Research Campaign will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now! I need all the help I can get. "It's not easy when you are 60 years of age and suffering from Arthritis to do anything, let alone ride round the UK, but I feel it will be worth every mile, especially with the help I know you are giving.

Former Professional motor cycle racer and TT rider Maurice Carroll now suffering with Osteoarthritis, will start his 'PEDALATHON'' at Castle Combe in Wiltshire on the 12th of September. From Castle Combe, (in order) we will be riding to; Thruxton in Hampshire, Brands Hatch in Kent, Silverstone in Northants., Mallory Park in Lieccs. Snetterton in Norfolk, Cadwell Park in Lincs., Scarborough (Olivers Mount) Yorks., Croft Autodrome Co. Durham, Oulton Park in Cheshire. At each of these circuits I will do two laps, but if the circuit owners are generous like you then throw down the gauntlet to me and see how many laps I can do in the hour at any of these or all of the circuits. I'm game for a challenge!!!

Please dig deep to help me raise as much as possible and if you would like to join in with me on part of the route you will be welcome. Regards Maurice
