I have decided to get my road bike out and then put my running shoes on and do what I love (not!)...lots of cardio for a great cause!

I will be attempting to cycle from St Fergus to Montrose, which is around 75 miles on 06 September and then taking part in the Banchory Beast 10k obstacle run on 21 September 2019.

Me and my colleagues are raising money for Sue Ryder and its capital appeal to extend its neurological care centre, Dee View Court. Located in Aberdeen, the centre provides 24/7 care to local people living with life-limiting neurological conditions.

However the centre has a waiting list that is over double its existing capacity of 24 people, and they desperately need to expand so they can care for more people.
