We are currently trying to fundraise to rebuild our existing meeting place.  It is an old Marley building, which had a guaranteed life of 20 years.  That was 30 years ago.

We are a fair sized Scout Group, with 45 members through Cubs & Scouts, and we also host the District Explorer Scout Unit which has 20 members.  By the end of the year, we also hope to have re-opened our Beaver Colony, so you can see that this building is very important to us.

The idea of this site is to "Buy-A-Brick" for the new HQ.  Any donation, no matter how small or large will be greatly received.  You will then get added to the forthcoming page on our website, at http://www.mayhill-huntley-scouts.org.uk

I am running an Ebay fundraising event at http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZhuntleyscouts where I am auctioning off celebrity items such as signed photos and memorabilia.  To date, this has raised £1600 towards the rebuild, and is increasing by the day.
