Results are online now and I did alright. I did a pb in the run. Pleased I finished in one piece. Definitely doing it again next year

Thanks for taking the time to Crystal Palace Triathlon. This involves 750km swim, 20km cycle and 5km run. Its the first triathlon i've ever done. I'm raising money for Guys and St Thomas Charity. This was my local hospital going up and in my humble opinion the best hospital in London. I have been a patient there as have most of my family. 

With over 850,000 patients coming through our doors every year, donations made to the charity have a tremendously positive effect by providing an even better service to patients, visitors and staff, adding to what funding is available from the NHS.  With your help we invest in new ways of delivering services, improving the hospital environment and funding world-class research.

The Charity raises funds to make a real difference to the quality of care people receive at Guy's and St Thomas' hospitals. Donations to the Charity help across the hospitals and recently have funded the Evelina Children's Hospital and the modernisation of kidney disease, stroke and sexual health services in Lambeth and Southwark.
