Story

In March 2010 our daughter was diagnosed with Scoliosis, which is commonly known as an 'S' shaped spine. Her curvature progressed incredably quickly & in April 2011 Mr Molloy & his team at the RNOH Stanmore performed a full spinal fusion to correct her condition. We are so very grateful to this hospital & the amazing staff that took care of our daughter.

As a way of thanks, we'd love to fund raise for the ward where our daughter spent her time. The RNOH Charity are currently appealing for various items to try to help any young patients stay in hospital more relaxing & more comfortable. Items for example like computer games are needed & DVD's. But they also require medical equipment like Anaesthetic Machines, Digital X Ray Machines, a Computerised Drug Cupboard...the list is endless. We however would love to raise money & then donate a Posture Support Chair for Scoliosis patients.

Mark, Jasmine's Dad is therefore taking up the challenge of riding his motorbike, a Yamaha Fazer some 3,500miles, covering the 4 furthest compass points of Great Britain in one week to raise money for this amazing hospital. He is being joined by his friend, Richard who will be riding his BMW R1200GS.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
