At 6am on May 18th I, and a small elite group of crazies, set off on a 35 mile (56km) walk to work. Six of us started from Tring. About 90 people set off from four spots around London. 

And we did it. 35.3 miles. Max, Andrew and I were walking for just over 10 hours, Marc for a further 15 minutes and James and James for nearly 11 hours. But all six of us who started together, finished. And boy did it hurt!
