<p>Join hundreds of like-minded people around the world in a 24-hour Meditation Marathon. Meditate for as long as you can and go beyond your own boundaries to experience the limitless joy of true meditation.</p>
<p><strong>To participate, please follow the instructions below. </strong></p>
<p>1. Register by clicking on the blue '<span style="color: #000080;"><strong>Donate Now</strong></span>' button .</p>
<p>2. Pay the £30 event registration fee. (This helps to cover the costs of the support materials as well as JustGiving credit card fees and administrative costs).</p>
<p>3. Customize your personal webpage. (JustGiving automatically generates a web page for you to support your fundraising efforts. You can customize it with a picture of yourself and a description about why you are participating in this event.)</p>
<p>4. Send the link to your personal page to your friends, family, colleagues - anyone you think will help you reach your fundraising goal.</p>

<p>Thank you for taking part in our 2010 EnlightenNext UK Meditation Marathon!</p>
<p><strong>Details about the Marathon</strong></p>
<p>The Meditation Marathon begins at 6pm on Saturday, December 11th and runs all day Sunday to end at 6pm on Sunday, December 12th. Over these 24 hours, our marathon schedule will include meditation for 45-minutes every hour, supported by inspiring audio clips and short contemplations about meditation, which we will send you. Plus, twice during the marathon, EnlightenNext founder and spiritual teacher, Andrew Cohen will engage with participants live via conference call!</p>
<p>You can participate in the Full Marathon (24 hours), a Half Marathon (12 hours), or you can set a personal goal that matches your experience and availability.</p>
<p>We will give you lots of support between now and December 11th so that you can achieve your fundraising goal, and we’ll give you everything you need to have a meaningful and powerful experience in your Meditation Marathon.</p>
