LON LAS  Mehefin / June 2008

Y cynllun oedd beicio o Gaergybi i Gasgwent ar Lon Las Cymru (275 milltir).
Mi wnaeth y 4 ohonon ni gwblhau heb anffawd ! Roedd y tywydd yn help mawr - dim ond un diwrnod o law difrifol ar Ynys Mon. Mae'r Lon Las yn haeddu'r diffiniad  'egniol'  ond roedd y golygfeydd yn wych.
Llawer iawn  o ddiolch i bawb sydd wedi cefnogi'r achos, mae pob ceiniog yn cyfri ! Diolch i'r dair arall am y cwmni, diolch i Dilys am y croeso ar y diwedd....

The plan was to cycle from Holyhead to Chepstow ( 275miles)....
Success! Completed without injury!  Only one day of  rain - from Holyhead to Caernarfon. After that we had fabulous weather.  Lon Las certainly deserves its classification of  'strenuous'  but the views were glorious.
Many  thanks  to all who have donated so far - every penny counts !
Thanks to the other three for the company, and to Dilys for the welcome in Chepstow ! And now I'm super fit....
