Velindre Cancer Centre is the largest non - surgical cancer Hospital in Wales providing Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy and other specialised anti-cancer treatments for over half the people of Wales. We have been providing care and support to cancer patients and their families in Wales for over 50 years.

Every year we provide care, treatment and support for over 100,000 people. Due to early detection and improved treatments the number of people in Wales living with cancer is increasing daily. It is estimated that by 2015 there will be a 30% increase in the most common forms of cancer. We are determined to raise the money necessary to enable us to meet these new challenges.

Supporting Velindre Hospital Wales in Memory of Andrew and Paul

All profits made from Megaday go directly to Velindre Hospital Wales where both Andrew and Paul were treated. Over the past 13 years, Megaday has raised over £150,000 for Velindre Hospital, an achievement all who are involved with Megaday are very proud of.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate. Velindre Nhs Trust Charitable Fund will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.

Megaday is a non profit making organisation. All donations go directly to Velindre Hospital where the money is spent on cancer research and patient care.
