Hey guys,

I'm running the half marathon and need your help raise money for Quarriers. Quarriers is a Scottish based charity which started out as an orfanage and have grown to help children, adults and families around the country.

As many of you already know I'm currently working for a file storage company, I chose the charity because I was scanning files from the charity at work and the stories broke my heart, anything we can do to help these kids means the world to them.

Please do what you can for them, in the words of Mr Tesco 'Every Little Helps!'
