I am hoping to raise at least £500 for the Humanitarian Aid Relief Trust (HART) by running the West Lothian Half Marathon on 19th June 2011.

HART is a wonderful cause and anything you can donate would be much appreciated. Their website is at http://www.hart-uk.org/
