Hi everyone i found out I had breast cancer myself 9 weeks ago and I was reffered to Victoria Breast Care Unit. I am part way through my recovery and doing brill. Because everyone at the unit has been absolutley brilliant, especailly my consultant, I wanted to show my support and use my breast cancer to raise money for the Victoria Breast Care Unit at Oldham, anyone who is diagnosed with breast cancer in my local area where I live would use this unit and the more support we have the better to help make things that little bit easier in a difficult time coping or living with breast cancer.

so here comes the best bit lol, I am going to shave my hair off and get people to sponsor me (and donate). The date is next Friday 2nd sept my family and close friends are going to come round and shave it off, even my son is going to get stuck in. I am going to loose my hair when I start my chemotherapy so that's why I am doing this to raise money for our local breast unit. I want people not to be scared about talking about the C word yes CANCER lol, if people talk openly it will help other people get through it and most importantly understand.

P.S sorry if I have any spelling mistakes i am not good at spelling I have tried my best lol.
