I have been involved with V-Day since the age of fifteen. In 2013, V-Day is staging its largest effort yet- one billion rising. This V-Season, I was extremely lucky to have so many men and women come together to raise money for Refuge UK and V-Day to help end violence against women. I want to continue to challenge myself and push my own personal boundaries to continue to raise money for this cause that has truly changed who I am as a human being.

I do not have any particular target and will continue to run, jump and get as dirty as humanly possible throughout the summer. Anything you are willing to give is so greatly appreciated.
