As many friends know I lost my Mum, Marilyn to Cancer a while ago, this year I lost my good friend Linda Oakes, and also another friend of mine Martina and my fantastic Sister-in-Law Jane are in the middle of the battle.  We need to stop this and fast, too many good people have died too young.

So as you can all guess, with a back like mine I won't be planning on coming first - but I'll get round at my own jolly pace - but I'll get round whatever
