Story

Dear Friends!

We did it!

We completed the challenge in 23 hours and 49 minutes, "just crawling in under the wire" as the organisers said. We had clear views from miles from each peak, and worked really well as a team, each pulling the other along. Thankyou to you all for your sponsorship.

The Ritchies and the Zuydams entered a team for this year's British Red Cross Three Peaks Challenge. This involved climbing Britains three highest mountains, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within just 24 hours. The feat involved over 27 miles of walking, 22,000 feet of ascent and descent, and over 650 miles of driving.

We have a great team - Jamie Ritchie, Esmond Elliot, Daan den Duijf, Justin Roe, Katie Roe, Lee Mackie and Mel Zuydam. Our drivers /support crew are Melissa Zuydam and Annette and Ashley Wilmot.

Please sponsor us  -  With thanks.
