...... yes, you are correct, I am doing a 10K run, and don't bother asking how i am gonna control my boobs (has been asked many a time) because i have them under control, all it takes is 2 bras and 3 tops and they are as safe as houses.

So, seeing as me and my 2 best assets are going all out and training like hell to do this run the least you can do is dig very, very, deep and sponsor me!

Those of you who are around London I can be found most evening's jogging along the river between Kingston and Richmond - not a pretty site, but its all for a good cause.

The great race is taking place in London, 1 August at 9am followed by many beers, so you are welcome to come along and cheer me on, although knowing my mates 9am on a Sunday morning is a little harsh but would be great to see you in the pub after where i will be easing the aching joints with a nice cold bottle of bud.
