Let me tell you something:

I am going to swim 3 km to raise money for United Aid for Azerbaijan. I want to try and make a difference. During my swim training I usually swim 1300-1500m in an hour. Swimming 3 km will be challenging but I want to raise a lot of money for the children in Azerbaijan. 

I have lived in Azerbaijan for almost 5 years. When we go into town or in the mountains I can see the children are not getting the same changes as I get.
