Eight intrepid staff from Mercedes-Benz of have decided to abandon the comfort of their Cribbs Causeway showroom to tackle the Three Peaks Challenge.

Whilst the event will provide everyone taking part with an individual challenge to complete this tough event, the real objective is to generate £15,000 in sponsorship, which will be split between St Peter’s Hospice and Bristol Children’s Hospital.

The challenge

On the 2nd-4th July, the Mercedes-Benz of Bristol team will be climbing Great Britain’s three highest mountains – Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in Wales.

Whilst the logistics means that the event will take the whole weekend to complete and cover 1250 miles, the participants’ challenge is to climb to the top of all three peaks in just 24 hours – an arduous 40-kilometre trek that includes 2,984 metres of testing ascent and descent.

So dig deep and help us raise as much money as possible for these two great causes.

Thank you

The Team at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol
