We are trying to raise enough money for the Merica MS Therapy Centre so that we can keep it open.  The Centre is completely reliant on donations and has receives no funding whatsoever in keeping it running.

 

Mercia MS Therapy Centre provides therapies and support for Midlands people with Mulitple Sclerosis. It aims to keep MS people as mobile and acitve as possible within the confines of the condition and to reduce the feelings of isolation and helplessness that often accompanies MS.

 

As well as treating people with MS. The centre also provides treatment for children with Autism and cerebral palsy, as well as treating people recovering from operations and sport injuries and even people who have suffered a stroke, with our Hyperberic Oxygen Therapy. We are the only centre in the Midlands with this facility, meaning that it is even more important to keep the centre open so that we can continue to make a difference to peoples lives.

 

As the centre is run on donations only, we really do have to fight to stay open. Unfortunately, if we do not raise enough money this year the centre will be forced to close. As a consequence it means that people are going to have to look and travel further to continue their treatment, and for some people this is just not an option. Meaning unfortunately their treatments and support will come to a stop.

Please help us to raise enough money in order to keep the centre open. As we feel that we really do make a difference to peoples lives with the therapies that we provide.
