Last  Dec. I  travelled by train, bus, rickshaws, cars, motorbikes and a good pair of Walking boots across India, into Nepal to Pokhara visiting the four sacred sites of The Buddha and carrying with me 100 sponsored Messages of Spirit Prayer flags.
