Our quest is to trek, raft and camp through Costa Rica for nine days!

This area is a tough environment to live in for over a week, with a typically tropical and humid climate. Our trek will cover approximately 72 kilometres of undulating forest terrain through tracks in the typical climatic conditions of an equatorial jungle.

Money raised will be used to improve the quality of life for people with muscle disease, and to lead research into treatments and management of neuromuscular conditions.

Many thanks to everyone who's donated so far. We raised nearly £300 with our Bingo afternoon, fabulous day! A massive £225 was paid for our signed snooker cue, and a thanks to the Bay Horse C pool team who donated £100. We had a fabulous garden party and beer festival and raised over £1800 on the, thanks to everyone who helped.

Next to come is a quiz night on Oct 15th.

We've also just had donated 2 autographed guitars which we'll auction off before christmas. More details on those to follow.
