<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>
<p>Come rain or shine I'll be running around Regent's Park on Sunday 14th Nov and in so doing also raising some dosh for the Stroke Association, strokes being the UK's 3rd biggest killer after heart disease and boredom</p>

<p>Thank you to the generous members of the AYC for their kind donations at tonight's end of sailing season's supper. £59 raised in total.</p>
<p>UPDATE - 15/11/2010</p>
<p>Completed 15km course in unofficial time of 1hr 26 mins and 59 secs. Not far off my target. Official times released later this week - stay tuned!</p>
<p>Haven't been able to train fully for the past 2 weeks with a calf injury that still isn't fully healed - excuses, excuses.....</p>
<p>I would estimate there were about 400 people running in light rain and slightly misty conditions with temperatures about 9c.</p>

<p>I have sore legs this morning :)</p>
<p>I think London Kms are longer than Southend ones.</p>
