<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>My 13 year old nephew was born with a kidney defect and now needs a transplant. luckily his mother is going to donate one of hers. But the story dosnt end there. Money is needed for dedicated care and more research.</p> <p>The end of June will find me in the Letterewe wilderness in the north west Scottish highland to climb A`Mhaighdean the most remote Munro top. Its a long way from anywhere and will involve two nights under canvas. I`m sure it will be fun, but please sponsor me for this event and help raise funds for a very worthy cause.</p> <p>UPDATE. Poor weather on 20th June lead to me cancelling the attempt; I was nearly at Carnmore!. However on the 22nd I switched the challenge to the greater Liathach traverse. A great day out climbing a scambling route to Stuc a Choire Dhuibh Bhig, the over&nbsp;to Spidean a Choire Leith. The traverse around the pinnacles was&nbsp;exposed but in thick cloud, then on to Mullach an Rathain. A fine and very tiring day out.
