On Sunday the 29^th of May I will be running the Northallerton 10k race for the charity Hounds For Heroes!
To make the race a little more difficult I shall run the race dressed as a dog. The outfit is extremely uncomfortable and gets very very hot, so please dig deep with your donations and make it worthwhile for a very important cause.

Hounds for Heroes provide specially trained assistance dogs to injured and disabled men and women of both the UK Armed Forces and Emergency Services. Through this provision we aim to provide help and practical support leading to an enhanced quality of life.
