So, if you didn't already know, Michael and myself are taking part in this years Great North Run (hard to believe, I know) to raise money for the MS Society, a charity close to both of our hearts.
This will ultimately mean laying off the drink, a bit, and starting to run a hell of a lot in preparation for the big day. Personally I'm going to need a lot of help but luckily I have super trainer extraordinaire Michael Mitten to keep me right - I'm sure that fills you all with confidence...
Anyway, we hope you can dig as deep as you personally can to help us both raise as much money as we can for the MS Society.
