On Sunday May 18th at I shall be participating in the Great Manchester Run. The race is 10km long and I will be running for Team Hallé, celebrating the 150th Anniversary Year of the Hallé orchestra. For more information, please visit their website.
Just to make things interesting I thought I'd add a gambling element. The concept is simple. You guess my time to the nearest minute and set a price per minute. For every minute your guess differs from my actual time you multiply the price per minute by the number of minutes difference. For example, say you choose £1 per minute and guess I'll do it in 55 minutes and it only takes me 50, you have to donate £5. Simple, huh? I won't be dropping too many hints, but I think it's safe to say it'll take me more than 30 and less than 60.
