I can now report that I completed the challenge in one piece, it was hot, dusty and sometimes very wet and muddy, but we all pulled through. Lots of blister and bites but I'm now revived and wholly refreshed and a least a stone lighter.
I must thank you all for you generous support to the Macmillan Cancer Support it is most appreciated. (The trip has raised a total of £169,000)
I've decide that this will be my last hiking challenge, so I won't be coming back for more sponsorship in the future, horaay!! say some.
Perhaps someone younger, take note sons, will pick up the baton and do something similiar in the future, I fully recommend it :-)
