By beautiful boy was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy last year.   This severe muscle wasting disease will leave my darling boy dependent upon a wheelchair, will destroy all his upper body function and take him from me in his 20's.   Time is running out and we need a cure for this awful illness.   I can't do much on my own to find a cure but I can support PPUK who lobby the Department of Health and fund their own research projects.   There are the seeds of hope out there but it is going cost a lot of money.
