Story

Please read Terry’s story below. I am sure you will understand why I feel like I’d like  to help. Please help me suport the  Leicestershire and Rutland Branch. All proseeds go to there branch.

My mothering law also had a similar disease.

Thank you for visiting my charity event site

In July 2011 I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) at the age of 38. You can’t imagine how devastating this was especially for my wife as she lost her father to the same rare disease, he was 38.

With help from my family and friends I still manage to have a positive outlook on life and hope that one day a cure can be found.

I am currently still working full time for the family business though I tend to be taking more holiday than normal!

On February 25th we welcomed the arrival of our beautiful daughters Georgia Rose and Harriet Grace and look forward to spending time with them and watching them grow.

My goal is to raise awareness for the disease and also to raise funds for the MNDA to help support other families that have been affected.
