After several years watching the London Marathon and getting swept away with the atmosphere of it all I have taken the plunge and pledged my support to Backcare.  For most of you who know me, you will know that I am a keen sports enthusiast anbd enjoy my football and training in the gym. Having to adapt to long distance running is a challenge but a challenge I am enjoying none the less. I’m sure everyone out there knows of someone or has indeed had back problems themselves.  I have personally suffered with bad back trouble and have visited doctors and physios alike for many years.
