To Everyone!!

I'm doing this 10hour indoor Iron Man triathlon, its going to be a 1hour Row, 5hours on my bike using a turbo  trainer and a grueling 4 hours Run on a  treadmill. This will take place in The Brandhatch Hotel Health Club On 6th Feb starting at 11am and finishing at 9pm.

Doing such an event for the Lions Hospice is very close to my heart as my closest friend died from cancer 6 years ago.
