This year I have run the British 10k in London, Kilburn 7 in North Yorkshire, and the Windsor Half Marathon in Windsor Great Park, and have just run the Great North Run in glorious north east sunshine, all to raise money for Vison Aid Overseas. So how about just giving me one sponsorship amount for all these events. That way I won't keep pestering you!!
I am going to Burkina Faso in Africa again in December this year to work with VAO.
