As you may know I had a tumour grow in my lower bronchos and as a result had a number of minor and major operations during 2008. The fact I am able to take part in this event is testament to the expertise and care I recieved during this time and that I have made a full recovery.
To those that cared for me at Harefield Hospital, I am forever grateful for your skill and professionalism. 

The money raised from this marathon will go some way to helping Harefield Hospital to continue the innovative work that provides patients in both the thorasic and cardiac areas with the best care available by purchasing a new scanner.
