Story
Well, we did it! My brother-in-law Simon and I managed to reach the top of Ben Nevis in 4 & 1/2 hours, in glorious sunshine without any rain or mist to hinder us! The views from the top were spectacular and we could even see the Cuillins , 30 miles away on the Isle of Skye! All of our group managed to get to the top and even came down again, some more slowly than others, but all arrived home before nightfall.
We are so very grateful to all of you who supported us in any way; thanks to you my personal total so far is over £3000 , and I hope to reach £4000 before the final date which is July 24th. So now that I have managed the climb, if any of you are feeling that you would like to give to the CMS project for which I climbed, now is your chance!
