Well, I've always known how supportive and generous my family and friends are, but this is quite overwhelming!  You well and truly thrashed my original target of £1500!  And with a few late pledges we've now broken through £2500 - which is brilliant!

And what a great day it was!  I got to 1k in 5min and thought I must be overdoing it.  5k in 26min, so I had to go for it!  I finished at just under 51min.  31 runners for Prostate UK (all easily recognizable!), so I think we've well and truly spread the word!
