I started the training for the event some two months ago not having ran more than a few yards in the last twenty years The enormity of the task is just coming home for a very unfit over fifty year old with some eight months of training of about six hours a week  and the daunting challange of running  26 miles .The reason for my  insanity is to give something back , retail has been good to me but for many many others life is different, so i hope my little run will make a difference.So thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
