AND I DID IT!!!! FABULOUS FUN, A REAL EFFORT BUT WORTH EVERY MINUTE GETTING THE BUS AT 6AM, STANDING IN SUB ZERO TEMP COLD, AND WAITING FOR THE START ..... DID IT IN 4hrs 2min. check out the link if you don't believe me...

Seriously, the work we do at St Mark's is based around those less talked about but absolutely life destroying diseases that affect your anus and colon. Incontinence will affect a huge number of us, as we are all living longer and longer - but who is doing the research to provide effective treatments?
