Yes, it's official, I am running the London Marathon.. hmm ok, possibly there will be some walking, crawling.. and lets face it a whole lot of praying, in the hope of completing the 26 miles ahead! Please sponsor me on what is going to be the toughest challenge of my life to date!

I've chosen to run for the Born Free Foundation, in the hope of raising as much money as I can for this worthwhile charity. For those of you who don't know, Born Free protects big cats, elephants, primates, marine life, bears, wolves, and many more species in their natural habitat, with the view of keeping wildlife in the wild! Their high-profile campaigns change public attitudes, persuade decision-makers and get results.  Every year, Born Free helps hundreds of thousands of animals worldwide.

Born Free also provides African schools with vital resources and educational facilities, and encourages children to learn about and take action for wildlife.  If each child can receive a good education, it gives them a great start to life and creates opportunities for the future.
