Hi everyone!

This is my first attempt at the marathon and I'm really excited! Less than 3 months to go and hardly enough time to prepare! They say few experiences in one's adult life can come close to completing the full Marathon - 42km is no mean feat, especially for a novice like me!

At the 30km mark when your whole body is numb, pumping away like an engine running on empty, its down to the mental perseverance and will power, to get you through to the very end. That positive spirit of pushing the boundaries to realise your true potential is in essence what the UK youth charity is all about. It seeks to inspire young people to raise their aspirations, realise their potential and have their achievements recognized. So please donate to support my cause. A little goes a long way!

If nothing else, the more you give the harder I will train and the higher the chance I will finish this race before the race officials pack up and leave on the 26th of April! (horror of horrors)

So donate now! And as a rough guideline:
5 pounds if you want to be with me in spirit but can't be arsed if I finish or not
10 pounds if you think I will reach the finish line in 1 piece
20 pounds if you want me to reach the finish before they pack up the tents.
100 pounds and I will give you a post run HUG! (oh the sweat and tears...)

Just kidding. Please give any amount you like and on behalf of UK youth I shall be very grateful!

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
