Oooooohhhhh wasn''t that a quick 12 months?

Here I am again, contemplating yet another 90 minutes of shame and degradation in front of friends, family, colleagues and 25,000 other runners.

Last year, with your help, we supported over 2,200 men, women and children living with or affected by HIV.  So many of you have been so generous in the past that I hardly like to ask you to sponsor me again, but if you do have a spare note floating around then please think about donating it to our Welfare Fund. Every penny we raise will go to someone who is HIV positive and in severe hardship.
