I am taking part in the David Livingstone footsteps challenge am traveling to Zambia on the 5th Nov this year for 10 days. The challenge looks amazing, it combines trekking, canoeing and rafting around the Zambezi in Africa.

Money raised is going to Bighearted Scotland which supports 7 Scottish charities, 1 of which I work for called Penumbra. Penumbra supports people in the community who suffer from Mental health issues.
