Hi, for those of you that don't know, Steve and I are undertaking the Three Peaks Challenge on the weekend of  the 17th & 18th May for  MIND, the mental health charity.

We will be climbing the three highest peaks in Wales, England and  Scotland... all in 24 hours!!! We will be setting off from the base of Snowdon at 10am on the Saturday, climbing Snowdon, Scarfell Pike and Ben Nevis, and the challenge will be complete at the foot of Ben Nevis at 10am on the Sunday!!!! (fingers crossed!)

This means we also have to be driven a total of 430 miles between the peaks with minimal sleep on the bus!!!!!
