On July 25th 2010 i will attempt to complete a triathlon for the Josh Deller Appeal.
I first learnt about josh while delivering to a local buisness, Lyons & Co. Once you read his story and look at his smiling face what else could you do? I was gonna call this the £1 in the pot appeal, all you have to do is just that, drop a £1 in the pot, i'll do the easy bit in July!!!!
If you can give more that would be great and please make sure you gift aid, its free money for josh (what do you get for free nowadays?)
