Story

A BIG thank you to all my sponsors!

On Tuesday I undertook the 106 miles from Ludlow to Haydock as part of the Lands End to John O'Groats challenge. Unfortunately, after 81 miles cycling through some of England's most beautiful countryside, I hit a pothole and crashed out. Luckily I didn't tangle up with anyone else, but that was the end of my day! I am now up there with some of the greats having broken my collarbone.

Thanks also to everyone who stopped to offer help and wish me well, and especially to Clive Goodwin who gave up his chance to finish the ride and stayed to look after me. He looks like he enjoyed his ride in the ambulance!

Good luck to the rest of the riders as they make their way to the end of the week.

Despite the mishap I had a brilliant time, the pictures below tell some of the story.
