I'm running the Great North Run on September 30th to raise money for CAFOD. CAFOD works with local charities in countries such as the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Congo, Colombia and Sudan to improve the lives of ordinary people affected by war, natural disaster, poverty and disease. By sponsoring me in this half marathon (13.2 miles), you will be helping people less fortunate than ourselves.
