I'm doing a Ironman Triathlon in Aug to raise money for Erskine Hospital.  Erskine hospital help's soldiers that have been injured in war operations, the goverment don't give enough to the solidiers out there at war and erskine hospital help's alot especially after they have recovered from their physical injuries, they are still left with mental injuries that most people don't understand.  For soldiers who do the work out there, to ask for help can be very hard because most are to proud to ask for help.

The ironman triathlon is a 2.4 mile swim - 112 mile cycle - a marathon 26.2 miles at the end. 

Please give what you can.
