An update after finishing the Marathon.

I completed the run successfully on Sunday in 5 hours 18 mins.  It was a hot day and a tough run but great fun.  The crowd of supporters was magnificent and spread along the whole route. 

I even managed to spot my own band of supporters.

Thank you to all of you who have sponsored my run for the British Heart Foundation - So far I have raised £823.95 including Gift Aid.  For this event alone BHF are well on target to raise £800,000.00

There is still time to add sponsorship and make a donation here if you would like to. It is a good charity doing some worthwhile work.
